We took a little road trip today to Homewood, Alabama to take a Pure Barre class. I leave for training soon and this really helped. I've been doing Pure Barre dvds at home, but it's just not the same as the actual class. It was amazing! I must say the hardest part was the thigh work. AHHH...it burns:)
